Every refurbished device is fully tested and working. The grade describes how it looks, not how it works.

• Premium: looks close to new, with minimal or no signs of use.
• Excellent: light signs of use, such as fine scratches, only noticeable up close.
• Good: visible signs of use, such as scratches or scuffs, at a lower price.
• Fair: heavier signs of use, such as deeper scratches or small dents. Fully working and the best value.

Not every product is available in every grade. All refurbished devices include a 6-month warranty.
