Tech Pirates Pty Ltd - Shipping Policy


At Tech Pirates Pty Ltd, we strive to process and dispatch your orders quickly so you receive your items as soon as possible. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures and what you can expect.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We primarily ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): This is our default and free shipping method for most products. Delivery times are an estimate provided by Australia Post and begin from the day the item is dispatched, not from the date of order.

  • Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days): For a faster delivery service, Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to Australia Post processing times, public holidays, weather events, and remote location delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on most of our products.

  • For items that are not eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the product listing and added to your total at checkout.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently provide shipping throughout Australia only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at help@techpirate.com.au before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel's progress using the link provided in the email or directly on the Australia Post website.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
While we do everything we can to get your order to you smoothly, we are not liable for delays in delivery once a parcel is in the care of Australia Post. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office.
If you are concerned about the status of your shipment, please contact us at help@techpirate.com.au with your order number, and we will initiate an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.
