We sell all tech items however we do specialise in selling used phones and tablets.

 Q What is the condition of the devices?

All our used products are divided into 3 major categories. Excellent, Very Good & Good. Our Excellent products are near to new however they might have very small scratches. Our very good products are next to the excellent ones. They might have minor scratches and dents which are visible.Our good category products have a couple of dents and scratches but they are completely functional.

 

Q Are all devices tested?

All our devices are tested and undergo a 72-point inspection. Our products undergo automated and manual testings to ensure the customer receives the best product and there is no functional issue in the item.

 

Q Change of mind policy

We understand the customer might change their mind and want to return the item. If at any time within the first 15 days you are not satisfied with the product you can contact us to return the return. Our fantastic customer service agents will help you along the way to return the product.

 

Q What comes with the device?

The product is packed in white box with a USB cable. For other products, all the accessories are listed in the listing which you can see.

Q Is the device locked to any network?

All our devices can be used with any networks as they are unlocked.

 

Q How is my item shipped?

All items are shipped using Australia Post and can be tracked on the Australia Post website.
