What do you sell?

Mainly refurbished Apple and Samsung phones and tablets, plus laptops, smartwatches, audio, gaming and accessories. Some items are brand new, and each listing says which.

What do the condition grades mean?

Every refurbished device is graded Premium, Excellent, Good or Fair based on how it looks. All grades are fully tested and working. See our Condition Grades page for details.

Are devices tested?

Yes. Every device goes through a 72-point inspection, with automated and manual testing, before it's sent.

Are phones unlocked?

Yes, all our phones are unlocked and work with any Australian network.

What's in the box?

Refurbished phones come in a plain box with a USB cable. Other included accessories are listed on each product page.

What warranty do I get?

6 months on refurbished items and 12 months on brand-new items, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies, and the item must come back in the condition you received it, with all accessories and packaging.

What if my device arrives faulty?

Inspect it on arrival and email us within 48 hours with photos or a video. We'll sort it out quickly.

How is my order shipped?

Free standard shipping with Australia Post on most items, dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with tracking. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Can I pick up in Canberra?

Yes, by arrangement. Email us before or after ordering.
